Paradigm Solutions International, Inc. Acquires Blair Technology Group; Executive Named Blair County (PA) Chamber of Commerce Person of the Year GAITHERSBURG, MD—Feb. 17, 2006—Paradigm Solutions International, Inc. (PSI) announces that it has acquired Blair Technology Group, a Pennsylvania company and leader in Enterprise Risk Management consulting. The transaction closed on October 14, 2005. Frank J. Blair is very strategic to Paradigm's focus on expanding its presence in the commercial marketplace and in pursuing additional business in the federal sector. Blair Technology Group (BTG) was founded in 1992 and has provided outstanding business continuity and IT security solutions to over 300 commercial customers. Mr. Kristofco accepted the award at the Chamber's Annual Meeting and Awards Breakfast on February 3rd. The award is presented in recognition of outstanding contributions of small business to the economy and progress of the Blair County area and is awarded to the Chamber businessperson who demonstrates leadership, promotes quality and service, and emphasizes business ethics.
