PSI0110 - Business Continuity Planning Consultant

Paradigm Solutions International, a leader in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) software and services is currently looking for seasoned, self-motivated BCP/COOP consulting professional.

The successful candidates must have a minimum of 5-7 years working knowledge of Business Continuity/Continuity of Operation planning. Candidate must have extensive experience writing BCP/COOP plans for commercial and government entities and possess a professional designation such as a CBCP or MBCP. 

 Requirements: 

  • 5-7 years of BC/COOP planning experience

  • CBCP or MBCP designation

  • Self motivated and capable of being productive in short timeframe

  • Adaptable, innovative, enthusiastic, and professional

  • Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills

  • Capable of working in a team environment team player

  • Possess excellent PC skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • Willingness to travel.

 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

PSI0107 - Account Executive

Paradigm Solutions International, a leader in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) software and services is currently looking for seasoned, self-motivated sales professionals to prospect, propose and close BCP product and services sales to local and nationwide organizations.

Candidate must be able to identify and qualify sales opportunities, apply knowledge of customers’ business, and establish a value proposition that results in new business.  Sales professional will divide time between prospecting and selling to new customers as well as renewing and growing existing revenues for key customers. 

Experience in business development, and understanding, developing, and proposing appropriate solutions required.  Must be a proven sales performer and have experience developing pipelines, preparing and presenting technical presentations, formulating proposals, and managing accounts.   

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of software selling experience

  • Proven track record in prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels (small, medium, and large)

  • Ability to sell to and manage senior-level relationships (Director, VP, CIO, CFO)

  • Self motivated and capable of being productive in short timeframe

  • Adaptable, innovative, enthusiastic, and professional; must possess high sales integrity

  • Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills

  • Must be a team player working closely with marketing, operations, and engineering

  • Excellent PC skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)

 

 Preferable:

  • Some experience with and knowledge of Business Continuity and/or Disaster Recovery Planning

  • Extensive experience selling to any of the following market segments: financial/banking, healthcare, pharmaceutical, distribution, education, utilities, and state and local government.

PSI0109 - Telemarketer/Inside Sales

Paradigm Solutions International, a leader in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) software and services is currently looking for seasoned, self-motivated telemarketer/inside sales professionals to join our team.  The telemarketer/inside salesperson will focus on phone and email based solicitation of potential customers. The successful candidate will research and follow up on leads generated from various sources. This candidate will also be responsible for coordinating demonstrations and updating the CRM database with prospect information. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Prior telemarketing experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with potential customers by cold calling and emailing companies within the assigned sales territory to determine potential interest in our software and services.

  • Qualify each prospect to determine appropriate fit for our products and services

  • Research websites, mailing lists, and other sources of companies and add or update prospect information in the CRM database

  • Distribute coordinated marketing pieces that coincide with telemarketing campaigns and special events in targeted geographic areas

  • Build relationships with decision-makers to position Paradigms Solutions International Inc. as the primary choice among business continuity/disaster recovery planning software and services.

  • Schedule, confirm and coordinate online and onsite demonstrations, and document specific questions or topics from prospects to share with sales team

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 to 7 yrs experience in telemarketing

  • Must be available to work in Altoona, PA  or Gaithersburg, MD from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday

  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work with limited direction and supervision

  • Clear Speaking Voice / Excellent phone skills

  • Outgoing and Friendly

  • Self Driven

  • Strong work ethic

  • Quick Thinker, Energetic and Positive Attitude

  • Excellent customer service skills
