Sales Support Administrator

Paradigm Solutions International, a leading provider of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) software and services is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to provide general product and project management support to the Sales and Marketing teams. This position is located in our Altoona, PA office.

Specific duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Development and Preparation of Sales Proposals, Contracts, and other support materials
  • Management and Maintenance of Opportunities Database(s) – MS Dynamic CRM
  • Tracking and Reporting on Customer Contracts and Invoicing
  • Generation of periodic Sales and Marketing Reports
  • Trade Show Coordination and Participation
  • Basic Market Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Support in the Development and Implementation of Sales/Marketing Campaigns
  • Administration of Website Maintenance and Social Media Interaction
  • Creation of specialized Marketing Brochures, Ads, and other Promotional Materials
  • Special Projects as requested by Executive Management

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and work well in a team atmosphere
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Very organized, meticulous, and detail oriented
  • Self motivated with the initiative and ability to work with limited direction and supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamic CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, and Word Press is a plus
  • Limited Travel
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers and all levels of management

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 3-5 years of relevant business experience

Software Sales Executive – Independent Contractor - High Commissions

Description:

Paradigm Solutions International, a leader in Business Continuity Management (BCM) software and consulting services is currently looking for seasoned, self-motivated sales professionals to prospect, propose and close Emergency Planning software products and consulting services sales to local and nationwide organizations.  This is a commission only Independent Contractor Sales position.

Contractor must be able to identify and qualify sales opportunities, apply knowledge of prospects’ business, and establish a value proposition that results in closing new business.

Contractor must be experienced in software and consulting sales capture. New business development, prospect qualifying and the formulating and proposing appropriate needs based solutions.  Must be a proven sales performer and have experience developing sales pipelines, preparing and presenting technical sales presentations, generating quotes and proposals, and managing customer accounts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software selling experience
  • Proven track record in prospecting and closing business from organizations of all sizes
  • Ability to sell to and manage senior-level business relationships (Director, VP, CIO, CFO)
  • Self motivated and capable of being productive in short timeframe
  • Adaptable, innovative, enthusiastic, and professional; must possess high sales integrity
  • Strong oral and written communications and negotiation skills
  • Must be a team player that can work closely with marketing and technical operations
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)

Preferable:

  • Experience with and knowledge of Business Continuity and/or Disaster Recovery Planning
  • Extensive experience in solution selling to any of the following market segments: financial/banking, healthcare, pharmaceutical, distribution,  education, utilities, and state and local government
  • Located in or near a major U.S. City

Education:

The successful candidates must have a minimum of 5-7 years working knowledge of Business Continuity/Continuity of Operation planning. Candidate must have extensive experience writing BCP/COOP plans for commercial and government entities and possess a professional designation such as a CBCP, MBCP. MBCI, PCP, or MCP.
