News Release Paradigm Solutions International, Inc. Announces Multiple Contract Awards GAITHERSBURG, MD—Mar. 7, 2006—Paradigm Solutions International, Inc. (PSI), a full service information technology and business solutions provider to federal and commercial enterprises, announces multiple contract awards. PSI has secured multiple contracts with an expected contract value exceeding $1.2 million for services ranging from Business Continuity Support and OpsPlanner(TM) Software to IT Security Consulting Services. Of these, a key contract was secured with a major medical solutions firm to provide Wireless Site Survey Services. Additionally, Kable News Company, Inc., with operations in Marion, OH, Mount Morris, IL and Louisville, CO has purchased OpsPlanner, a Business Continuity/COOP Planning, Emergency Management, and Notification software tool, for use in managing its Business Continuity and Crisis Management Program. Kable News Company, Inc. signed a Corporate User Agreement on January 30, 2006. Under this contract, PSI will provide the OpsPlanner software tool which includes the subscription license, installation & training services.
