Executive Team
Our
visionary leadership is demonstrated by the strong management practices,
committed hands-on management, high corporate visibility, and open
communication of the core Executive Management Team:
Raymond A. Huger, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Huger has more than 35 years of experience in information
technology, business management and technical support services. He
established Paradigm Solutions (now Paradigm Holdings Inc.)
in 1991 following a very successful 25 year career and retirement from
IBM. He was a former IBM Area Staff Director and a Regional Manager
responsible for multiple IBM Branch Office operations that generated
over $500 million in annual sales and services revenue. As an
entrepreneur, he grew the Paradigm Solutions information technology
business from a start-up company, to over $60 million in annual sales.
He took the company public in 2004 as Paradigm Holdings Inc. (PDHO)
and purchased Blair Technologies Group in 2005. Mr. Huger led a
Management Buy-Out of the Business Continuity Planning subsidiary,
Paradigm Solutions International, Inc. that included the OpsPlanner
software tool set, the emergency planning consulting practice and
commercial technical support services. Mr. Huger has a Bachelor's
Degree from Bernard Baruch College and a Master's Degree from Fordham
University.
Russell E. Blackwell, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Blackwell has more than 30 years of technical industry experience
that consists of managing data center operations, software development
teams, network operations, customer service and sales support teams,
solutions engineering, and program/project management groups. During
his career he has held several executive level positions in various
companies including RCA Global Communications, British Telecom NA,
Microlog Corporation, GRC International, and MCI Worldcom where he led
the enterprise wide Y2K business continuity program. Mr. Blackwell
joined Paradigm Solutions as an independent consultant in 2003 and upon
the company’s reorganization in 2004, took on the position of Vice
President of Products and Services for the business continuity segment
of the business. In this role he has been very instrumental in the
development of the OpsPlanner software tool, and in advancing the
business continuity consulting services practice. Mr. Blackwell
attended the City College of New York School of Engineering, Pace
University, and he is also a Certified Business Continuity Professional
(CBCP).
