Paradigm Solutions International Professionals can perform any/all of the following steps:

	Meet with the client to discuss the precise skills, requirements,
	education and experiences the candidate should possess
	Fill your open positions within your time constraints
	Determine the methods for advertising and posting of positions,
	which may include Internet job posting sites, university Websites,
	and publications
	Conduct resume database searches for candidates
	Receive and review resumes
	Conduct telephone interviews and determine candidate
	qualifications
	Conduct in person interviews with candidates where practical
	Coordinate candidate interviews with client
	Setup any testing and/or background checks that are required
	prior to placement
	Check candidate references
	Develop offer details and present offer
	Worldwide recruiting capabilities

THIS IS HOW THIS WORKS:
I.  Employment Agency Fee Cost

	Fee = 25% of First Year Salary
	Salary of $60,000 = $15,000

II. Cost Savings/PSI

	Average Cost = $95/Hour
	Paradigm Solutions International Recruiting Alternative Estimate:  60 Hours per
	placement @ $95/Hour = $5700
