The Program Management Office (PMO) is Paradigm’s latest addition to our core competencies.  We are equipped with Web-based software tools and consultants in Portfolio Management, Performance Management, Independent Verification and Validation, and PMO Support.  Our PMO consultants are PMP certified by the Project Management Institute and qualified with the expert knowledge required to provide you with a total solution for your program needs. Paradigm’s consultants evaluate your current programs and recommend software tools and plans that are in accordance with the client’s needs to optimize company performance. 

Through Project Portfolio Management (PPM), PMO consultants focus on people, process and automation to help customers create value in their project investments.  We assess the project’s requirements and consult with the client to organize their project using methodologies that implement portfolio management in a phased approach.  We offer PMO Support through consultation or by directly managing your existing contracts. 

Program Integration is offered through the PMO to implement, integrate and manage your existing program objectives.  Our consultants can analyze contract performance and recommend ways to manage and measure performance through software tools that can generate reports required for compliance by many government agencies. 

The last piece of our total PMO solution involves Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V).  IV&V plays an integral part in the mature development of integration processes.  It is a valuable tool for validating results and ensuring due diligence.
